Tired of old fashioned cakes? Opt for a modern one: an Entremets.

Entremets are light, elegant.....They are made of fruit or chocolate mousse, cake layers, croustillant, and finished with ganache or mirror glaze.

A minimum of 5 to 7 days is required for ordering an Entremets. Call or visit us today!

Available Entremets:

- Three Chocolate Bavarian cake (dark, milk and white chocolate, chocolate cake and chocolate glaze

- Entremets Coco/exotique (coconut cake, exotic cream, vanilla mousse and yellow glaze)

- Entremets Croustillant Inaya (almond cake, hazelnut mousse, Inaya chocolate mousse, gianduja glaze)

- Entremets Fraise Coco (coconut madeleine, strawberry confit, vanilla cream, strawberry mousse and white glaze)

- Entremets Tout chocolat (chocolate cake, chocolate mousse and chocolate glaze)

- Irish coffee croustillant (cake, coffee cream, Baileys mousse, glaze)

- Couronne de choux printaniers (cookie base, red fruits jelly, lemon mousse, yellow glaze) and decorate with cream puffs filled with apricot and raspberry mousse

- Entremets Yin Yang (joconde cake, white chocolate and coconut bavarian cream, dark chocolate bavarian cream)

- Entremets griotte, citron vert, coco (Gluten Free)

coconut and cherry dacquoise cake, light lime cream, cherry cream, vanilla chantilly (we use fish gelatin for this recipe for a total gluten free dessert)

*Please note that, although we do not use Alcohol in our everyday cake, the recipes for some Entremets do require small amount of Alcohol which, add more flavor to the cake. In addition, it is to be noted that the alcohol evaporate during the making of the cake and only flavor remains.
